Eight-Point Union-Level Agreement with the Pa-O National Liberation Organization

The Union Peace-Making Work Committee and peace representatives from the PNLO held Union-level peace talks and signed the Union-level eight-point agreement as follows:

  1. To make more discussion on ceasefire to be held stronger.
  2. To coordinate matters on designation of code of conduct.
  3. To provide assistance by Union Peace-Making Work Committee for running liaison offices.
  4. To continue to coordinate the location of PNLO/ PNLA troops.
  5. To coordinate matters on cooperation in the fight against narcotic drugs.
  6. To coordinate matters on media.
  7. To coordinate matters on foods, clothing and shelters of troops.
  8. To coordinate matters on public security and basic agriculture.
